This is my album cover for Kid Cudi's 'Cudi Zone'. After listening to the song I struggled with a strong idea to follow, this led me to go with a more abstract design. Because his nickname is 'man on the moon' which is also the name of his album i decided to go with a space theme so that you could relate this with his usual work including a logo from a previous mixtape of his which I used on the back cover and the CD design. My initial plan was to duplicate my hand numerous times and then have the lyrics written on to the hands so it looked like they had all been drawn on , however because of the size of the hands and the amount of text needed you have to reduce the size which makes the words barely visible.
